Refunds
Pay-per-view purchases on Glyphy are final once you have access, with the exceptions below. A purchase gives you 48 hours of streaming access, starting when you buy.
When you can get a refund
- A film you paid for is taken down for IP reasons while you still have active access. If a film is removed because of a copyright or trademark complaint during your 48-hour window, we refund you automatically — you don't need to ask.
- A technical fault on our end prevents playback.If a film won't play because of a problem we caused (a streaming outage, a corrupted upload), email hello@glyphy.tvwith your purchase confirmation and we'll refund or credit you.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We refund the duplicate.
When refunds aren't available
- You changed your mind, or watched the film and didn't enjoy it.
- You bought the wrong film and already watched part of it.
- Your 48-hour access window has expired.
- Access was obtained with a free or promotional code (there's no purchase to refund).
How to request a refund
For anything that isn't automatic, email hello@glyphy.tv with your purchase confirmation and a short description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Most card refunds appear within 5–10 business days; some banks take longer.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a dispute fee on top of the refund, and in almost every case we can resolve the issue faster by refunding you directly.
